Located in a vibrant area, this hostel offers a great atmosphere. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, creating a welcoming environment. The clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and AC ensure a relaxing stay. The outdoor chill-out zone, adorned with a picture of "The Dude," provides a fantastic vibe. the hostel's proximity to the beach and various restaurants and shops is convenient for guests.

Some guests encountered noise disturbances and were moved to different rooms to ensure a peaceful sleep.

We had a spellbinding experience at Folklore Hostel Goa! The warm hosts made time to interact and jam with the guests, creating a fantastic vibe. The old bungalow turned hostel had a beautiful courtyard facing a jungle where you can get lost on the swing. We even had the pleasure of seeing a peacock in the mornings. The hostel's location is near amazing beaches and a fort, making it a convenient choice. The cleanliness and hospitality were exceptional, and we definitely plan to return. we highly recommend Folklore!

Clean and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of in-house activities to keep guests entertained. Staff, especially Akshat, goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Sense of warmth and belonging at the hostel

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever

I chose Folklore Hostel Goa solely because it was conveniently located near Ozran Beach and Anjuna Beach, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent dry cleaning/laundry services offered by the hostel. It was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling and needing clean clothes. Additionally, the à la carte breakfast served each morning was a delightful and delicious start to my day.

Higher than expected cost, power cuts, and insect presence.
